looking for safer and more cost efficient transportation of hazardous materials 

and other packaged goods across the country. 

We specialize in non-bulk testing of Hazardous Materials packages and ISTA package testing

of single and unitized packages of 1,000 lbs or less. 

The founder of SETE Charles Radev has extensive experience in the field of packaging, with

eight years of running a large paper and package testing laboratory.

MUST BE RETESTED IN 24 MONTHS! 

YOUR SINGLE OR COMPOSITE PACKAGE

MUST BE RETESTED IN 12 MONTHS TO BE IN COMPLIANCE!

SOUTHEAST TESTING & ENGINEERING DOES NOT ALLOW OTHER LABORATORIES, SHIPPERS OR MANUFACTURERS TO USE ITS MARKINGS! 

ONLY ITEMS TESTED BY SOUTHEAST TESTING CAN CARRY OUR MARKINGS!  VIOLATIONS WILL BE PURSUED.
